Kristen Marinovic is the Founder and President of Equinox Wealth Management. She has over 30 years experience in the investment and financial services industry. Prior to her current position, Kristen was affiliated with Integral Investment Advisors as a Financial Advisor and Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. as Vice President, Branch Manager and Senior Financial Consultant. Kristen also worked for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as Assistant Vice President and Compliance Officer, overseeing Operations and Compliance for three satellite branches.  Preceding her career in brokerage services, Kristen was Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Banc Texas, managing a $300 million bond portfolio for the lead Dallas bank and its eleven affiliate banks.

Kristen is a member of the Dean’s Council for Physical and Biological Sciences at University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC). She was a long-time trustee on the UCSC Foundation Board. Kristen is currently a board member of the Pajaro Valley Loaves & Fishes Kitchen & Food Pantry. She has also served as past president/trustee of Friends of Long Marine Lab, UCSC and past president/trustee of New Horizons School, a K-8 school dedicated to serving the needs of children in the local homeless community population.
